An original letter of invitation from your employer. This letter should detail the nature and duration of the proposed visit and state the employer will bear responsibility for the applicant's accommodation and maintenance costs while in Ireland. Also both the applicant and the inviter stating that they will adhere to the conditions of the visa and will return to applicant's country of residence once applicant visit is complete and within the time limits of the visa.

The employee must be in the present employment for at least one year when lodging the visa application. A copy of current employment contract (and original for verification)

Evidence that sufficient funds will be available to you during your stay in Ireland. This should be in the form of a bank statement or equivalent document from your employer. The document should cover a period of at least six months prior to the date of application
