Passport application forms cannot be downloaded. Please email a request to the Consulate.

Consulate Registration Form
We encourage all Irish nationals residing in Hong Kong and Macau to register their details with the Consulate. Registration is voluntary and we will not disclose your information to third parties without your prior consent.

Please complete the Registration Form and return to us by email, fax or post.
